One4Us Vision Group was founded in response to the division and despair that surfaced following the murder of George Floyd. Witnessing the hopelessness in marginalized communities and the growing disillusionment among youth who saw their futures darkening, we felt compelled to take action. Our mission is to promote unity, equality, diversity and collaboration. We aim to move beyond a scarcity mindset and the notion that we must compete for what is rightfully ours, embracing the belief that our similarities far outweigh our differences. We believe true richness lies in the uniqueness of every individual. By dismantling negative stereotypes perpetuated by media and education, and by fostering collaboration and recognizing the inherent greatness in each person, we celebrate the universal humanity that connects us all.
